    The good thingsGood Friends and good work place. PT Volvo Indonesia have a office in the middle of jakarta and have so many access to go there. Every morning you'll get a food like appetizer or fruit, and the best moment if you're there is \"meeing\". Meeting at PT Volvo Indonesia you'll provided by all food from chocolate, ice cream, cake, donuts, snack, etc. You can eat a food while meeting running.
    The challengesSo many job to do, because PT Volvo Indonesia have a limit of resource. But if you work in PT Volvo Indonesia you'll have a many income for you, because PT Volvo Indonesia needed a people with high skill.

    The challengesMy Division is Distribution, we are facing an upset clients when they did not received their order as expected, but the solution is not in our area, since another division are responsible for avaibility, the challage are became a gate between client and internal and building trust for something that beyond our control, so far it is an exiciting experience
