    The good thingsSuasana kerja yang sangat kekeluargaan, rekan kerja yang saling mensupport dan saling membantu, tidak ada status senioritas, kerja sama yang sangat terjaga, jajaran manajemen dan atasan kerja yang saling ramah dan selalu memberikan edukasi dan motivasi untuk bekerja yang lebih baik lagi demi kemajuan karyawan dan perusahaan.

    The challengestantangan saya selama bekerja di PT vision ease asia, di saat waktu istirahat atau fatner istirahat ,saya sendiri bisa menjaga mesin molding sampai 3 atau 4 mesin dan sebaliknya ketika fatner habis waktu istirahatnya dia pun sama ,akan menjaga mesin 3 sampai 4 mesin molding.
