Not much too learn, not many responsibility, better look elsewhere.

The good thingsThe working environment is OK but there is not many good things to say by working in this firm.

The challengesYou are expected to learn things on your own as the management mostly will not have the time to tutor you or put great interest in their employees. The job is thankless and the payment is not worth it unless you simply don't know what you are doing.
