The challengesThe company is newborn baby company, the most disorganized company I have ever met and everything is out of contract.
They have massive unfinished projects (more than 40 projects), unbalanced work culture which you need to work almost 24/7, less of project team (less than 10 members), less of leadership, less of attitude of speaking, even from their country manager, always blame each other, less of facilities which is no company vehicle, and your salary isn't take home pay system salary, please be careful! this company seriously need to be noticed!
