    The good thingsmemiliki management yang baik, gaji yang baik sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah. Kerja senin sampai dengan jumat, tidak terlalu banyak overtime dalam pekerjaan.
    The challengesperaturan perusahaan kadang masih fleksibel, tidak tegas. tidak ada transportasi dari perusahaan sehingga menjadi agak sulit untuk karyawan yang tidak memiliki kendaraan.
