    The good thingsSedang berkembang dan menuju baik dalam segi sistem dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Pantry yang jarang kosong, selallu terisi dengan makanan ringan dan mesin pembuatan kopi sebagai nilai plus untuk penghilang lelah.
    The challengesSistem kerja yang belum benar2 tersedia dan berjalan dengan baik. Harus bersaing dengan sistem senioritas yang ketat dan tak terkalahkan untuk sebagian departemen Sistem yang digunakan belum standart masih menggunakan sistem berdasarkan pengalaman (mengacu pada pengalaman sebagian orang)
