    The good thingsGood system, many things to learn, good teamwork. Everyone has their own role to achieve company objectives, to achieve customer satisfactions. Valeo cares greatly about its employee's well-being by having SA8000 certification as the proof of Valeo's commitment. Everyday there is new challenge for those who love challenges.
    The challengesThe company employs less staff, so we need to think creatively to work as efficiently as possible.

    The good thingsI really enjoy for my job . I love for my company and making success for all the time . I like learn for everything I haven't never known it . give up is not my style . I have to learn about QA, Production control , SAP, trainer , and marketing. one of my experience is very greatfull when I trainer by France person . I was a role model for employee part of kosu, QCDM,QRAP and safety.
    The challengesMy challenge for the SAP packaging instruction due to none can do it . I successed to make a new system . I always make work instruction and check sheet . I know about SAP, training development , and can work with team. I have created the system for my new PT . everything FOR NEW LESSON OR system . I will master perfectly.
