    The good thingsBebas berkarya tanpa mempedulikan itu benar atau salah. yang terpenting mengikuti arahan yang diminta. Sering terjun kelapngan untuk melihat sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu aktifitas pengguna atau tidak
    The challengessemua yang dikerjakan belajar sendiri tanpa ada yang mengajari. sehingga terkadang masih binggung apakah yang dikerjakan benar atau tidak sesuai SOP. Sering meminta report yang rumit dengan tempo waktu pengerjaan yang singkat. Kurangnya komunikasi dalam satu departemen, sehingga seakan terlihat kaku.
