    The challengesterlalu banyak conflict of interest dari internal perusahaan sehingga sulit untuk mengembangkan skill, tidak mau menerima masukan/ide yang membangun dari karyawan. Aturan terkait periode probation/kontrak karyawan masih subjektif dari penilaian atasan.
