    The good things- Supportive leaders (not all of them) - Work life balance - Gave you an opportunity to implement your ideas - Fair on KPI's - The annual bonuses are very satisfying (if you work really good and being acknowledged by BOD) compare to other company in the same industry
    The challenges- Less on pressure, this is not good. - A lil bit conservative on policy - Not paying enough attention in people development - Sometimes office politics slowing your pace - Most of employee just doing their job autonomously with minimum improvement
