    The good thingsManagement & rekan kerja yang sangat support. Gaya management yang open mind dan transparan sangat mendukung. Rekan kerja yang masih belia sehingga cocok dalam bersinergi dengan high speed dan selalu mencari cara efektif untuk mendapatkan hasil terbaik, serta cocok buat life balancing secara kekinian. Jadi krasan ada di kantor.
    The challengesPerusahaan yang sangat dinamis. Perubahan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan yang begitu cepat menuntut kita untuk bisa mengikuti. Kalau ada yang tanya karir seperti apa yang bisa didapat disini ? Jawabnya adalah tergantung diri kita mau dipacu seberapa besar bisa mengikuti. Karena peluangnya sangat besar untuk didapatkan.

    The good thingsSuasana kerja yang mendukung, lingkungan tempat kerja yang nyaman membuat bekerja disini terasa menyenangkan. Selain itu perusahaan ini adalah tempat yang tepat untuk mengembangkan kemampuan diri.
    The challengesTuntutan untuk selalu update dengan perubahan yang terjadi di perusahaan (baik peraturan, strategy, management). Namun Saya rasa hal ini dapat menjadi sebuah advantageous apabila kita melihatnya sebagai suatu hal positif yg memungkinkan utk diri kita berkembang.

    The challengesPengalaman yg didapat dr hasil jerih payah sendiri mencari2 dari internet & teman lama (bukan teman kerja/atasan), dan juga karena banyaknya masalah yg terjadi di dalam perusahaan dikarenakan terlalu seringnya berubah kebijakan perusahaan. Tingkat stress tinggi karena beban kerja yg berat & lingkungan yg tdk mendukung.
