    The challenges1) Pekerjaan yang banyak tetapi di handle sendiri 2) Ada sikut menyikut, menjatuhkan orang lain dan beberapa orang yang toxic 3) Harus sering-sering minta email jika di perintah atasan karena kadang kala atasan bisa menjebak kita. meminta melakukan A tetapi ujung-ujungnya B 4) Atasan yang hanya ingin santai tetapi tidak melihat pekerjaan bawahan sehingga penilaian terkadang tidak fair.
