    Saya suka bekerja di sana dengan lingkungan pertemanan yang baik.Perusahaan yang memiliki standar yang cukup baik dalam kebersihan, kurikulum yang sesuai dengan perkembangan anak,mengajarkan anak cinta lingkungan, kritis sesuai usianya juga bangga bekerja sama dengan guru yang berpengalaman.
    The good thingsSaat mengaplikasikan rencana pembelajaran di kelas dan berhasil sesuai target juga melihat perkembangan anak saat awal hingga akhir belajar di Tutor Time. Lesson plan yang di buat oleh ahli kurikulum yang berpengalaman.
    The challengesTantangan pada saat ada siswa yang memiliki masalah tertentu dan menjelaskannya pada orang tua serta bekerja sama dengan psikolog untuk menyelesaikan agar mencapai tujuan bersama.Atas kerjasama Guru ,sekolah dan orang tua bisa terselesaikan dengan baik.Teman kerja yang baik dan peduli sangat membantu.

    The challengesThe curriculum is set and easy to design lesson plan. However, the reports (paperwork) are very intense. There's daily report, monthly report, yearly report, update portfolio, update classroom display, ect.
