    The good thingsRegardless of your background (education, social, physical, etc) and of your entrance time to the company, you are provided with the same opportunity to achieve what it has to offer. You are also provided with the tools that are required to perform more. There is no free lunch here. You will get as much as you perform. The more you preform the more you will get. Likewise, the less you perform the less you will get. You can be a manager faster than one who recruits you. You do not have to wait for him or her to be a manager first.
    The challengesOne of the challenges working here is that you need to ensure that you achieve your target so that you will get your bonus. Also, as you might want to expand your business unit, you need to recruit more people and ensure that they also achieve their targets. Here you need to educate them and guide them as well as motivate them. In other words, you need to build people so that they will build your unit and your unit will eventually be growing up in such a way that you would want it to be.
