    The challengesKerja 12-15 jam sehari, bahkan weekend bisa kerja sampai 12-15 jam, workloadnya banyak, sangat penuh tekanan untuk mencapai hal yg harus diselesaikan dalam waktu cepat, harus punya mental yg kuat untuk bisa bekerja disini.
