Hal yang dapat diambil adalah ketika kita dapat bekerja dengan baik walaupun dibawah tekanan. Bekerja dengan para stake holder profesional adalah hal yang sangat membanggakan, mengedepankan nilai kepuasan customer menjadi hal yang utama. Dengan banyak nya berkoordinasi dengan para profesional membuat saya pribadi menjadi seorang yang dapat diandalkan.
    The challengesMenyatukan beberapa masukan atau komplain dari beberapa customer bukan hal yang mudah, oleh karena itu dalam menentukan sebuah keputusan harus dengan hati-hati dan dengan koordinasi ke beberapa pihak. Perusahaan memang mempunyai SOP yang dimilik, namun belajar untuk menjadi fleksibel dan dapat memetakan masalah adalah keluaran yang baik bagi sebuah perusahaan.
