    The good thingsHubungan dengan rekan kerja maupun ke atasan cukup baik. Sambutan di tempat kerja sangat hangat, bagai saudara. Tempat yang cocok untuk mengembangkan ilmu. Para senior bahkan Direktur Utamanya sekalipun akan dengan senang membantu memberikan ilmu mereka dalam bidang alat-alat sekuritas.
    The challengesKeterlambatan dalam memberikan hak karyawan, karena harus melalui prosedur yang panjang dan merepotkan. Dan satu yang paling utama dan merupakan alasan setiap karyawan merasa tidak puas yaitu adalah ..... gajinya yang kurang memadai. Dan terkadang harus merogoh kocek sendiri untuk melancarkan pekerjaan yang sedang kita lakukan.
