    The good things1. beberapa pekerja yang ramah saat bertemu. 2. tempat dan ruangan yang sangat bersih dan terawat. 3. Ruang kerja yang bersih dan nyaman. 4. jam operasional kerja yang sesuai dengan prosedur
    The challenges1. dikarenakan seringnya kita diam, orang lain tidak dapat mendengar masukan kita. 2. berlebihnya permintaan yang dimana saya kurang bisa menyanggupi dengan estimasi waktu yang minim. 3. tidak adanya jobdesk kerja yang terkontrol. dimulai dari saat project itu datang dan pada saat project itu diharuskan selesai. 4. koordinasi yang tidak sepaham, sehingga saya tidak bisa menjalankan kreafitas saya dalam bidan desain grafis.
