    The good thingsWas a very nice experience overall. Seniors were very nice as they guided interns how to do the work they were assigned. Interactions between seniors were also very insightful as each of them had their own unique perspective and stand in the discussion.

    The good things- Lingkungan kerja tidak dibawah tekanan, fleksibel untuk melakukan banyak hal - Jobdesc mudah diselesaikan dengan baik.
    The challenges- Jenjang karir tidak ada, kenaikan gaji hanya 6% per tahun - Rutinitas, tidak ada improvement jobdesc. - Lembur untuk hal yang tidak bisa diefisiensikan.
