Good Working Life Balance Environment

The good thingsWorking at PT Triguna Internusa Pratama is very excited, multitasking, innovative, and challenging task, combine with nice collages, good leaders, inclusive environment and family culture are the most important reason for me working with. Even though the salary rate is average between oil & gas industries but working life balance is workable here. I can learn something new here.

The challengesMultitasking and managing task is the most issues, but luckily my peers and my leaders always support and coach me very well.
