    The challengesMenyajikan pemberitaan dengan jumlah yang banyak berpotensi menjadikan jurnalis pragmatis terhadap sumber berita. Informasi yang disajikan kadang tidak cukup dalam dan menarik untuk dibaca. Terkait medan yang berbeda dengan tuntutan kerja dan penghasilan yang sama, sebaiknya perlu dipertimbangkan kembali. tapi tribun sudah sangat berjasa untuk karir saya. Terima kasih.

    The good thingsWork Life Balance in working. Good employee relation with extra challange in transformation from print media to digital. A lot of employee with long time working experience, very loyal. Working environment is great. Compensation aand benefit just a little above average.

There are generation gap cause a lot of employee with long time experience ( baby boomer generation) but not relevant with current and future digital media.
