The good thingsMemiliki suasana berkerja yang baik dan kompetitif. Sehingga hubungan antar karyawan dalam hal pekerjaan maupun diluar pekerjaan dapat berjalan dengan cukup baik. Semua karyawan juga sering diberi pelatihan agar dapat lebih menunjang pekerjaan masing-masing.
The challengesTerdapat kekurangan dibagian manajemen perusahaan dan tingkat kepedulian terhadap safety. Mungkin karena saat saya berkerja, perusahaan masih tergolong baru. Sehingga ada sedikit kebijakan perusahan yang kurang sesuai dengan keinginan para karyawan.
