Nice human resource developmentThe good thingsAs a new person who \"new\" in the fashion field, the company are willing to teach me a lot about fashion well. The management is nice, appreciate the staff and always try to motivate their subordinate so the productivity is keep elevated. This is rarely I found in another company.
The challengesSince this is a field where the demand is changing quite rapidly, it is hard to display and mix-and-match the clothes, accessories, etc based on customer want and what is available on the storage. Also, since I am working in customer service, sometimes we have to stand there being accused of something we did not do even though it is customer fault, but still it is not the obstacle from the company.
