The good thingssuasana kekeluargaan antar karyawan terasa. manajemen mendengarkan masukan dari para staff. jam kerja fleksibel selama mengikuti aturan klien dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan. mendapat tunjangan dan fasilitas yang cukup baik.

The challengeskarena outsource terkadang terhalang oleh aturan yang ada di klien. semacam klien tidak memberikan akses penuh ke server ketika mengerjakan projek, tidak mendapat email yang bisa terhubung keluar ketika mengerjakan projek juga menjadi hambatan. terkadang penunjukan orang untuk mngerjakan sebuah projek agak mendadak.

The challengesTerkadang ada anggota yang harus rotasi ke tim lain misal sedang idle project. Perlu penyesuain dan belajar dari awal untuk bisa ambil bagian dalam project tersebut.
