    The good thingsThere are many friendly & helpful people, good spirit & very energetic work environment since most of the developer team are young people, plenty of female co-worker, clear career path, flexible work environment, great bonus scheme, good hardware-related support & many great challenges in terms of project-related
    The challengesWrong people in management position, no proper code of conduct in the workplace, professionalism isn't understood by some, many bright ideas isn't properly reviewed or put into consideration, very minimum refreshment and/or boding activities, unclear payroll info & there are plenty of misunderstanding of concept in terms of software development
