    The good thingsEvery consultant in this company have their own skill in IT, whether in Project management, infrastructure, IT Management, IT Governance, IT Strategic, Service Management and Information Security Management System. the people are professional, good attitude, very kind and really have good integrity.
    The challengesTo always be ready to finish your job and ready to present in front of your project manager or your client. You should be active, get used to learn by doing, and good time management.

    The good thingsAnnually Bonuses, Support boarding house in office, Certification Support, reward from research and become a trainer for professional education or in house training, normally handling 2 parallel projects
    The challengesWhen projects load high you can work more than 56 hours per week and no overtime payments, handle more than 3 to 4 projects at once, unclear performance reviews and benefit, therefore work life balance not achieved
