    The challengesI think this company only suitable for Fresh Graduate who seeking for their first job or people who need the great working environment and also accepting the fact that low salary and career development is not the main issues. This company should improve their staff development like training and other activities which can contributes well for their career. Don't let your staff just working for your company, make them proud to be part of your company and they will give you more than anything.
