    The good thingsPara pegawai disini ramah, kekeluargaan, dan mudah diajak bekerja sama. Lokasi kantor strategis. Work life balance pun sangat seimbang di kantor ini.
    The challengesJobdesk tidak begitu jelas dan sering berubah ubah. Untuk bagian desainer, tidak ada apresiasi sama sekali dari pihak atasan. Kalau bagian lain terutama marketing sepertinya oke untuk bekerja disini.

    The challengesKesulitannya adalah ketika berkomunikasi melalui telepon dengan orang yang menggunakan bahasa daerah dan logat yang terkadang tidak terdengar jelas di telepon.
