    Good company
    The good thingsGood atmosphere and no drama, have a great management also good in health insurance, medical etc. It's very nice to have experiences in this company, its so professional team work and also with others division. Good salary, insentif, bonus.
    The challengesA lot of training from company that increase my skills and knowledge about sales/marketing. The challenges is target of course and its a good place to proving my skills to achieve the target, which is in sales corporate/B2B division.

    The good things1. For Female, they have good insurance for maternity, all the cost will be handled by company. 2. Good Salary and HR System, such as Training, Conseling 3. Career Path 4. Facility: driver and a car for meeting to customer 5. Insurance 6. Financial Credit from Koprasi Astra International 7. Good athmosfere for Job.
    The challenges1. Sometimes they raise someone's career seeing from the length of work not someone's ability, so we have to wait 2. We dont have much time with family, sometimes on holiday we have to stand by the phone and come to the event or Office
