Sehingga dapat diukur berapa kecepatan rata-rata operator bekerja dan bagaimana menempatkan barang dengan mudah dan efisien serta teratur pola FIFO-nya. Dari perhitungan kecepatan rata-rata operator bekerja maka jika terjadi penyimpangan waktu yg telah distandarkan sudah dapat dipastikan adanya penyimpangan dari jumlah pekerjaan yang ditangani.
    The challengesBahwa dalam melakukan hal yang bersifat rutinitas harus dibuatkan standar kerja sehingga jika terjadi penyimpanan akan lebih mudah untuk diperbaiki. Di Toyota Tsusho kami biasanya menyebut TTLC jika seseorang bekerja terlalu cepat atau terlalu lambat akan dapat dengan mudah diketahui dan penyebabnyapun dqpat diketahui sesegera mungkin.
