    The good thingsThe people in here is very cooperative, they always support each other. We find families here. The management is very multi cultural, but they are very respect to each other. We have many cultures and we are working with heart.
    The challengesTax Audit all year long. Currently the tax auditor is might be aware with Transfer Pricing. So, Transfer Pricing is one of the most challenge transaction that always be as a finding. But, if the tax auditor was corrected the wrong assumption, we always move to the Objection and Appeal.

    The challengesthe company has to deal faster with era of digital environment, huge capex investment and quit less gross margin of product especially to prepare buss unit in expecting faster break even point of capex invested.
