    The good thingsPT. Total System adalah sebuah perusahaan Consultant Management yang unik. Mengambil celah bisnis yang sepertinya kurang dilirik oleh perusahaan konsultan sejenisnya. Yaitu Konsep Coaching & Leadership. Bahwa dalam menangani perusahaan klien kita tidak berlaku hanya sebagai seorang dokter saja, yaitu periksa lalu memberi resep saja. Namun selayaknya seorang Dokter juga Perawat. Dokter mendiagnosa penyakit lalu memberi resep, sedangkan Perawat memastikan pasien menjalankan terapinya dengan tepat. Luar Biasa bukan!
    The challengesSesungguhnya tidak ada kesulitan dalam bekerja di Total System. Tantangan terberat adalah bagaimana menjadi Leader di perusahaan klien yang dipimpin walau saya bukan Pemimpin mereka dalam struktur. Pendekatan budaya, sistim & human touch sangatlah berperan. Strategi kepemimpinan adalah hal utama yang harus dilakukan agar segala ide, gagasan, tujuan bisa ter-delivered dengan benar & tepat.

    The good thingsFor people which handle corporate partner, this company has a good rules for working time, we can say that the working time is flexible. And also for the people who like challenge, you will found a lot of challenge during your time here. Challenge in a good ways, because they always push us to the limit.
    The challengesThe communication between HQ and Member outside need to improve. Need to find a way to keep pay attention for all member outside HQ.
