    A new experience at a tile industry
    The good thingsNew experiences, new knowledges that could help me as a interior designer, and detailed training program
    The challengesUnpredictable timeline almost chaotic because the daily schedule are depended on the customer's situation, the customer's could ask for your support out of the blue and you have to leave your current priorities. The company would not defend their employee by any means in order to gain the customer's trust, so working ovetime is considered normal and without extra payment for staff.

    Company with Attitude
    The good thingsthe first things that you will learn in here is company culture (remember! multinational company). You can learn a lot, they are give you freedom to learn anything and to do what you need to make sure you are able to achieve the target (good corridor). This company is focus on attitude and achievement of the employee, because the target is to make sure every employee able develop their career.
    The challengesSince this company is focusing on the target and employee development, sometimes they will push you to the limit (from my perspective is good but some people might not like it). a lot of information is flowing around (positive and negative) and you should try to filter it and see the things objectively (the difficult part).

    The good thingsWe are free to do averything that you want as long as your personal target achieved, Thus, it leads us to deeply dig our personal creative idea to get better development at this atmosphere which it will effect to our performances (Everything effects to our performances). We are obviously working under our Company Culture which makes us be one of the biggest company in our sector and market. Every single morning for two hours we have daily meeting to share our progress and action plan to whole members of team, So, you will not walk alone with nothing on your mind (Well team working environment)
