    Glad to know Tonjoo in my life :D
    The good thingsAs fresh graduate there will be lot of things you can learn here. I remember first day here I didn't understand lot about Linux Sysadmin. But after spent one year here, this place gave me lot of new insight. Also there is a wiki guide for system administrator.
    The challengesIt is kind of home office. If you expect there will be free food, snacks everyday, please lower your expectation.
