The good thingsVery good salary & benefit. Free lunch (up to 60k), free transportation (unlimited), insurance, phone balance, and sport activities.

The challengesCulture, not so fit for not-so-initiative persons. Should be agile, organizational chart & role could be alter many times within 6-12 months
