    The challengesBenefit kesehatan hanya rawat inap tidak ada rawat jalan. Gaji rata-rata. Sulit untuk naik level meskipun sudah perform dengan sangat baik, karna banyak senior-senior yang diutamakan utk naik level dibanding yang baru join meskipun sudah total perform.
