    The good thingsjam kerja fleksibel, rekan-rekan kerja ramah, kerjanya lumayan santai selama sedang tidak dikejar deadline atau ada force majeure, fasilitas juga lumayan
    The challengeskurang komunikatif, kenyataan tidak sebanding ekspektasi, senior melepas junior begitu saja dengan alasan "mandiri" dan beberapa terasa intimidatif, all men for themselves.

    Low pay,understaffed, overworked, bad management
    The good thingsNo good things, this is a toxic company. The management tried to brain wash you and has terrible mouth. Meanhwile, they pay you terrible while they ask you too work for many hours. They don't really care of you especially your health mentally and physically. I strongly don't recommend this company.
    The challengesTerrible pay when they demand you to work manu hours. They tried to tell you that they want to challange you but withouth any guidance. The management will put ther finger on you when something wrong. Meanwhile, they coulh have happy hours or paid holiday. But they will distrubt you on your vacation,weekends,or night. The HR Manager is useless also.

    The good thingsService line team members are friendly and very welcoming even though some of them are very irritating but I do enjoy my time when I was hired by this company.
    The challengesFavouritism gap amongst the team is very big and only the managers who got the special privilege by the management.
