The challengesUnprofessional management, it is a family oriented company so of course it was not a surprise, but still shocking on a daily basis operations. Toxic environment with unsupportive colleagues, means gossips, and bullies. No career advancement whatsoever, since the supervisors were also clueless and would not tackle any important issues - you would end up cleaning the chaos left by your supervisors.
No good facilities provided, you need to source it out yourself.
A horrible situation for anyone to be in, and I suggest to avoid at all cost.
Your sanity matters the most.
