    Pengalaman yang baik
    The good thingstidak terdapat banyak tuntutan pekerjaan disini, untuk yang mencari kerja dengan nyaman, disini sangat recomended, akan tetapi untuk karir sedikit lamban ( Turn Over karyawan termasuk lamban, sehingga reorganisasi terlambat ), Gaji Gross dan waktu bekerja flexible, tergantung atasan, terdapat shuttle antar jemput dari beberapa titik penjemputan. Jajaran Managementnya baik, dan tidak gila hormat
    The challengeskarwa waktu kerja yang flexible terkadang kita masih diganggu dimalam hari ( tidak selalu hanya kadang- kadang ), juga terdapat banyak skema bisnis, sehingga banyak yg harus dirubah setiap bulan atas pekerjaan sebelumnya.. belum ada bonus dan Cash flow masih terhambat ( 2018 - 2021 )

    The challengesLack of GCG (Good Corporate Governance) implementation which required in order to build strong company foundation. Management needs to focus on analysis study and data before start on making company strategic decision.

    The good thingsSebagai pekerja MT, diberi kesempatan untuk belajar sebagai seorang mine geologist secara intensif dan terukur. Tidak hanya skill technical tetapi kemampuan-kemampuan managerial ikut diasah dibawah target dan tekanan yang ada.

    The good thingsAzas kekeuargaan di antara karyawan di sini sangat diutamakan. Hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan terasa seperti hubungan antara guru dan murid kesayangannya. Kesempatan untuk berkembang baik secara keterampilan dan metal sangat ditunjang oleh perusahaan.
    The challengesTerkadang bekerja sseusai kebutuhan lapangan. pada saat tidak jam kerja, anda harus siaga 24 jam apabila terjadi kendala di lapangan. Anda harus siap ditelpon kapanpun dan dimanapun.
