Good companyThe good thingsThe company is treating its employees very humane. Lots of benefits to gain and very supportive in developing our capabilities. Flexible working hours & can WFH if needed. It also has 6 months maternity leave, which would never be found in other companies.
The challengesBig company with lots of procedures and risk mitigation. Therefore sometimes, it becomes slow in a way to make sure every risk is mitigated properly before execution. Sometimes it's stressful, but still related to the job. Lots of presentation and need to build really good communication skill.
