    The good things- Team kerja yang kompak - Kesempatan dalam mengembangkan karir - Owner nya baik - Kepercayaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan - Bekerja sama dengan beberapa perusahaan besar di Indonesia - Gaji selalu diberikan tepat waktu
    The challenges- Masih menerapkan sistem family tree didalam menjalankan perusahaan - Belum ada pengembangan produk baru/monoton - Beberapa pekerjaan di back office masih dikerjakan secara manual dan belum dikembangkan kearah sistem
