    Good team & good place to work
    The good thingsPerusahaan yang cukup memedulikan kesejahteraan karyawannya, banyak program well being yang bisa diikuti, rekan kerja yang good, fasilitas kerja juga oke, work-life balance sih oke tapi tergantung time management tiap orang. So far, good place to work
    The challengesTidak ada challenge yg terlalu besar, ya intinya jika mau sukses harus berusaha lebih baik. Mungkin dari segi benefit dan management perlu ditingkatkan lagi untuk perusahaan sekelas ini agar bisa lebih good.

Sperti tunjangan untuk karyawan,dan di time ini banyak sekali reward untuk karyawannya, dan rewardnya tidak hanya untuk atasan saja. Bahkan dari jabatan paling bawah pun ada rewardnya. Sangat menyenangkan bekerja di time, dan banyak skali pengetahuan yg bisa didapatkan mengenani pemasaran.

    The good thingsI feel that TIME International is a good, positive atmosphere to work in and what we are doing is very interesting and exciting. All of our employees are smart and creative. This is reflected in the work that we produce and the business that growing really well. I also appreciate that this company cares about the community and the environment and encourages us to do the same.
    The challengesThe location of our second office is in Centennial Tower, Gatot Subroto. At this time being due to infrastructure implementation around, the traffic is always awful. I would prefer to work at the HQ in Menara Sudirman rather than here. It would be great if the company will choose a good location as our office.

    The good thingsJoining Time International was my first permanent employment after Igraduated. Looking back, I could not be more blessed, not only because the Management helped to polish my English skill, but also get me fluent with product knowledge and inventory management.
    The challengesUsual things that you will find in any other company, over load and under staff constantly, a lot of brands to take care about, extra working hours without paid. Growing up to thirty different brands, it is just been more and more challenging after few years thats why I decided to start new journey, leaving a division with wide range market and great portofolio.
