- Provided with the necessary and complete materials to cater students' needs.
I saw the other review, and in my opinion it wasn't fair. It's only natural if you cannot perform according to the company's standard, breaking the standard procedure / compliance, and behave unprofessionally, then you will be dismissed from your job.
To be honest, do you think you want your children to be teach by a below average teacher?
The challenges- Still need to learn a lot of stuff and materials that I did not understand.
- Majority of the students are English speakers.
- Work location is a bit far.
- There is an urgent need to organize the schedule.
- Must be able to work under pressure of tests and exams.
