    The good thingsKGB is something else. Lingkungan yg supportive dan santai. Banyak yang bisa dipelajari di sini. Sangat cocok bagi fresh graduate yang ingin membangun tahap awal karier. Di tempat ini bisa seimbang bekerja, dan fokus terhadap pengembangan diri (kursus, sertifikasi, dll).
    The challengesKarena masih dalam tahan pengembangan SOP, kadang masih banyak hal seputar pekerjaan yang masih belum jelas. Satu divisi kadang bisa menghandle pekerjaan divisi lainnya. Perlu cepat diselesaikan pengembangan SOP nya.

Akan tetapi dibalik kesulitan atau kesalahan staff ada solusinya agar menemukan kasus atau Laporan yang bisa dapat terpecahkan , Contoh, seperti Ms.Excell yang Summary nya Rancu akan bisa di Ubah dengan cara Logis.

    The challengesManajemen kantor yang terkesan tidak terbuka ke staff. Selalu melihat suatu masalah dari 1 sisi saja, tanpa mencari tahu kebenaran dari masalah itu sendiri. Atasan tidak suka jika ada staff yang memberikan/menyampaikan pendapat. masih perlu dibenahi lagi keprofesionalan dari manajemennya.
