    The good thingsSetiap bulan di rolling ke section bakery jadi yang sebelumnya tidak mengetahui akan hal hal bakery, jadi lebih tahu. Ketika magang pertama di Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta saya tidak ada pembagian section jadinya untuk bakery hanya sedikit ilmu yang di dapat
    The challengesKultur atau budaya di jakarta cukup berbeda dengan jogja. Ketika magang di The Ritz Carlton saya cukup kaget dengan staff di sana yang sedikit jutek akan tetapi semakin hari bekerja di sana saya sudah mulai memahami dan mengerti

    The good thingsThe good thing about working here we have almost the same task and responsibility as the staff. Thus made me feel like I'm truly involved in the operational. The people in my department are very helpful and help me went through hard times.
    The challengesPersonally, the schedule is quite okay since they put a shift by shift for the schedule even though the schedule supposed to be working hour (9-5) however I understand the circumstances as we are in Reservation and had to deal with phone calls from the globe.

    The good thingsThe people were so engaged with the company and each other made me feels like coming home whenever I came to work. It was a hard time to leave the company.
    The challengesThe expectation to create a personalized service to each guest was so high but it pushed me to be who I am right now.
