    The challengessome senior and managers are not capable of teaching and not helpful, low compensation, subjective judgement at managerial-level, always short staffed, confusing system, has showns no willingness to reflect on the reasons behind the high employee turnover, letting emotions interfere with work, unwillingness to adapt with new era, lack aknowledgement regarding the importance to invest in human capital and system, no career opportunities, disagree means disobedience, no SOP, bad finance system, unclear jobdesk.

    The good thingsgaji cukup baik, dapat fasilitas grab corporate, dan kadang dapat uang lembur jika ada pekerjaan yang membutuhkan karyawan untuk lembur. Untuk fresh graduate cukup baik karena bisa mendapat pengalaman pekerjaan yang baik.
    The challengesDikarenakan ini adalah perusahaan keluarga / family company, banyak sekali terjadi micromanagement antar divisi. Ditambah lagi dengan management company yang kurang suportif terhadap karyawan. Owner sendiri jg sangat keras dalam memimpin perusahaan sehingga sering membuat karyawan merasa tidak dihargai. So far tidak direkomendasikan untuk bekerja disini dalam jangka waktu yang lama.

    The good thingsDisini kit jadi belajar mengenai bagaimana cara retail independen berjalan. Terlebih barang2 yang di jual di JADE adalah barang2 fashion high end yang biasa di beli oleh sosialita. Selain itu karyawan mendapat discount 30% untuk membeli product skincare & fashion.
    The challengesKarena perusahaan ini adalah perusahaan terbilang baru dan milik keluarga, owner selalu merasa jika karyawannya tidak bisa melakukan apa2 bahkan lebih cenderung sangat di rendahkan oleh owner. Benefit yg di dapatkan juga sangat tidak bagus karena kami hanya mendapatkan bpjs kesehatan itupun kami tidak mendapatkan kartu. Jika ada karyawan yg di nilai miliki gaji besar, owner akan memberikan tugas yg tidak masuk akal.
