    The good thingsPressure to the target not as much as the other company, simply as by it self to set the target and how to achieve the target, so we have room for making action as required to be for management is only for consultation but sometimes in decision making too
    The challengesThe foundation of company is organization structure, there is no organization structure so there is blurry who do it and who to report and responsible to, it make a blur condition in management too as if they act as consultation or decision making
