    The good thingsBanyak hal baik yang telah saya dapatkan, misalnya: selalu termotivasi dalam bekerja. suasana yang nyaman dalam bekerja. teman teman yang ramah dan mampu menjadi pembimbing dalam bekerja dikala menerima kesulitan.waktu kerja yang flexible.
    The challengessuka mengantri dalam fotokopi dan ngeprint, terkadang harus fasih dalam berbahasa asing karena bos nya adalah orang asing. kadang merangkap pekerjaan seperti disuruh beli kopi pagi2 kalo seketaris bosnya belom datang.

    The good things1. Akomodasi yang sudah mulai dengan standard OHSAS 18001, misalnya penerbangan minimal dengan GARUDA, penginapan mininal dengan bintang 3, transport untuk outside job mengunakan voucher taxi 2. Sistem sudah menggunakan integrated sistem
    The challenges1. Atasan kurang mendukung , terlalu banyak pertanyaan, selalu curiga terhadap bawahan 2. Kenaikan gaji tiap tahun sangat rendah 3. Tidak ada masa depan dan jenjang karir yang baik 4. Tingkat persaingan di dunia bisnis sangat ketat 5 Tekanan yang tinggi 6. Banyak permintaan report dari negara lain
