    The good thingsGaji yang sesuai dan dapat dikatakan tinggi untuk daerah Jember khususnya. Jam kerja teratur sesuai shift. Hak - hak pekerja seperti BPJS, THR, hingga bonus tahunan dikelola dan diberikan dengan baik. Pengeloaannya sudah profesional dikarenakan sudah diakuisisi oleh pihak Universal
