    The good thingsDuring my internship at Telkom, I really enjoyed the professional and collaborative working environment. I gained valuable hands-on experience in procurement processes, including managing procurement documents, using internal systems such as SMILE, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Additionally, the mentors and team members were very supportive, which helped me grow both technically and in terms of communication skills.
    The challengesOne of the main challenges was adapting to the complex systems and workflows at the beginning, especially in understanding detailed procurement processes and internal tools. There were also instances where data and document synchronization required a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Moving forward, this could be improved by providing more structured onboarding or initial training for interns.

    The good thingsSelama menjalani magang sebagai Learning Module Designer di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk., saya sangat menikmati kesempatan untuk bekerja langsung bersama para ahli materi pelatihan karyawan. Saya juga merasa senang ketika terlibat dalam proses perancangan modul pembelajaran dari awal, mulai dari pembuatan kerangka modul, berdiskusi untuk penyempurnaan konten, hingga memastikan kualitas akhir modul. Pengalaman lainnya yaitu ketika pembuatan script, deskripsi visual dan take voice over untuk video pembelajaran, karena di bagian ini saya dapat mengeksplor kemampuan kreatif dan memperluas pemahaman saya tentang produksi konten pelatihan. Selain itu pengalaman yang paling berkesan adalah ketika ikut serta menjadi panitia pelaksana kegiatan Relawan Bakti BUMN unit SoDC (unit yang saya tempati), karena dipercaya untuk membantu penyusunan acara, menyiapkan keperluan kegiatan, melakukan koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak dan menjadi pembawa acara pada kegiatan tersebut.
    The challengesTantangan yang saya rasakan selama magang adalah ketika load pekerjaan yang terasa cukup padat, terutama saat beberapa proyek berjalan secara bersamaan dan masing-masing memiliki tenggat waktu yang berdekatan. Dalam kondisi tersebut, saya perlu beradaptasi untuk mengatur skala prioritas, menjaga alur kerja tetap terstruktur, dan memastikan setiap tugas dapat terselesaikan dengan kualitas yang baik. Situasi ini tentunya mendorong saya untuk terus meningkatkan manajemen waktu dan kemampuan bekerja secara lebih efisien.
